In accordance pursuant to the CHILD SUPPORT WARNING NOTICE [DSP

236] form, Respondent hereby requests his California Constitution, Article 1 § 7 and
California Administrative Procedure Act , Article 6 § 114.25 Right to an administrative
review/hearing with the Venture Child Support Services within twenty (20) days of
receipt of this correspondence.

Respondent’s basis for the administrative review is that he wholeheartedly

disagrees with everything in the notice.

Respondent emphatically claims or asserts that:

There is no judgment or order from the Superior Court of California for Respondent to
pay support.

Respondent has been providing for his child(ren) every single month to date.

The attempt to collect on an alleged past due amount owed violates Respondents
California Constitution, Article 1 § 7 and U.S.Const.Amend.14 right to Due Process of
Law

Failure of the Ventura Child Support Services to grant or afford Respondent an

administrative review/hearing within twenty (20) days of receipt of this correspondence
shall result in the filing of a Writ of Mandate in accordance pursuant to Code of Civil
Procedure § 1084.

This correspondence constitutes an effort by respondent to exhaust all

administrative remedies before he seeks judicial remedy in the present matter at hand.
