ఘన్ జీవామృత్ం: వ్ంద కిలోలు తాజా ఆవుపేడ తీసుకుని దీనికి మూడు లీట్ర ల మూప్త్ం,
కిలో సెన్గపిండి, ఒక కిలో న్లబె ల లం ల , గుప్పె డు పుట్మ ట నున లేదా అడవి మనున కూడా

వాడొచుచ . బె ల నిన మూప్త్ంలో కలిపే కరిగపోతంది. నీటికి బదులుా మూప్తానిన
వినియోగంచాలి. ఈ మిప్రమానిన ఉండలాల చేసి ఆరబెట్టటలి. దాచిప్పట్టటకుంటే.. ఆర్నన ళ్ ల దాకా
రనిచేసురంది. దముు చేస్త ్మయంలో ఎకరానికి 200 కిలోల మిప్రమం వినియోగంచాలి.
ప్దవ్ జీవామృత్ం: ప్పదద ప్డముు తీసుకుని.. 200 లీట్ర ల నీటిని నింపాలి. నిలవ చేసిన్ నీటిని
కాకుండా.. పారే న్ది, కాలువ్, ఏటి నుంచి నీటిని తీసుకోవాలి. అందులో రది కిలోల పేడ, రది
లీట్ర ల మూప్త్ం, ఒక కిలో బెలం ల , కిలో సెన్గపిండి కలిపి ర్నండు రోజుల పాట్ట మురగబెట్టటలి.
దానిపై గుడడ ఏదైనా కట్టటలి. ్వ్య దిరలో రోజుకు ర్నండు మూడు సారుల కలుపుతూ ఉండాలి.
ప్రతి అమావా్య , పున్న మికి అది పొంగుతంది. పొలానికి నీరు రటేట ్మయంలో.. అందులో
కలిస్తలా పారించాలి. లేదా కలాలపి చ్లిన్ ల ట్టల చ్లులకోవ్చుచ . పొలానిన ఎపుె డు ఎపుె డూ
రచ్చ ా ఉంచాలి. నేల అన్న పూర ణ. అనిన పోషకాలు ఉంట్టయి. రచ్చ ా ఉంచితే భూమిలో

లీట్ర ల మూప్త్ం పోసురంది. పేడ ఎకరం పొలానికి నెల రోజులకు ్రిరడా పోషకాలు
అందిసారయి. ర్నండోరోజు ర్నండో ఎకరానికి.. మూడో రోజు మూడో ఎకరానికి.. ఇలా నెలలో 30
రోజులు 30 ఎకరాలకు ్రిరడా పోషకాలను త్యారు చేసుకోవ్చుచ . 31వ్ రోజు మళ్ల ల తొలి
ఎకరానికి అందించుకోవ్చుచ . ఒక ప్ాము ఆవు పేడలో ాని, 1 మి.లీ.ల మూప్త్ంలో ాని 300
నుంచి 500 కోట్ల మైప్కో సూక్ష్ు జీవులు ఉంట్టయి. ఇవ్నీన రంట్లకు ఉరయోగరడే
సూక్ష్ు జీవులు. వీటి వ్ల ల హాని చేస్త బ్యయ క్టరియా

Job Description:
1. Provides day-to-day specialist mechanical engineering support, e.g., piping standards, Storage
Facilities, Fired Equipment and Pressure vessel issues, for the Production Unit to deliver the Refinery
Business Objectives
2. Develop, Lead Implementation and Maintain Bukom Engineering Practices (BEP) on Static Equipment
and ensures full compliance of mechanical engineering practices with statutory obligations, Engineering
Codes of Practices and Shell DEP standards.
3. Focal point for developing / updating mechanical engineering policies and guidelines. Develop and
Maintain Static Equipment Maintenance procedures. Assume Leader role in implementation of new
procedure
4. Provides mechanical engineering inputs for new Capital Projects and Revamps. Evaluate Standard
deviations proposed by Project teams
5. Review design basis, calculations, procedures, drawings, for the complete equipment works, as well as
reports submitted by the EPC Contractor.
6. Equipment selection and specification, detail design in collaboration with designers and bid evaluation/
vendor document review and approval. And check compliance of design with Shell DEP and international
codes and practices.
7. Develop and lead implementation of Asset Master Plan for the Refinery including ECC and utilities units.
8. Makes proactive contributions for improvement of the maintenance or plant reliability to Production Unit
Managers in ensuring technical integrity of the assets, lead and championing reliability improvement
programs in the refinery.
9. Drive sustainable development and reliable execution of Bukom Total Flange Assurance program. SME
for the site TFA process and procedure.
10. Develops comprehensive discipline scope for TA and SD scheduled for assigned unit. Conduct technical
post-mortem reviews of TA execution.
11. Lead search and implementation of new technologies, methods and tools to assure safe and productive
execution of maintenance tasks
12. Perform Engineering Design for vessels, columns, tanks and heat exchanges using PV Elite, Code Calc,
Tank & Disasu software, and FFS for in-service equipment

Requirements
Requirement:
 At least 10 years of experiences in related Mechanical Engineering and supporting site asset integrity
work.
 Knowledge in ASME Sec VIII Div 1, TEMA, PD 5500, using PV Elite, Code Calc, FE Pipe for Finite Element
Analysis, Caesar II for design, fabrication and repair respectively
 Knowledge in the different type of NDT Techniques and the applicable codes and acceptance criterions
 Knowledge in reviewing different types of temporary repair as per ASME PCC-2 such as Weld patch,
Non-metallic composite wrap, Engineered Clamp design, etc
