The owner shall allow the tenant peaceful possession and enjoyment of the premises during the continuance of tenancy provided the tenant acts up to the terms of this agreement The tenancy shall be renewed for further periods according to mutually agreed between the parties on the terms and conditions to be specified at that time. The tenant shall not cause any damages to the fixed fixtures on the above said property.
