Reaction

In the celebration of Educators Day with the theme “Today’s Education is Tomorrow’s

Success.” Mrs. Corazon C. Beluso of Dep Ed our guest speaker talks about the 4C’s

that a teacher’s quality should have. She explained each quality. First, Competence. A

teacher should be competent all the time to produce a quality learners that can also

compete in our modern life. Second, Character. As a future teacher we need to be a

model for our learners. We should do everything in the right manner so that they can

look at you as a respected person. Third, a teacher must have Community Involvement.

Serving our country without asking for return is a quality that a teacher should have, and

last Creativity, it is important to a teacher to be creative so that she/he can make the

class more interesting and the students will listen or participate in the class.
