Product: Benchmark Roofliner System

APPLICATION
The Benchmark Roofliner system is to be used as
an insulated composite roof deck under site
applied single-ply membranes or fully supported
or self-supported aluminium, copper, zinc and
stainless steel cladding systems. Flat or pitched
finished roof slopes to suit the membrane and or
metal standing seam roof system or curved
(convex and concave) roofs with a radius greater
25m.

QUALITY
Benchmark Panels are manufactured from the
highest quality materials, using state of the art
production equipment to rigorous quality control
standards, approved to ISO 9001:2000 standard.
Kingspan manufacturing plants are ISO 14001
(Environmentally) and ISO 18001 (Health &
Safety) accredited.

PACKING
Standard Packing
The Wall Liner panels are stacked horizontally
with facing sheets upward. The top and bottom,
sides and ends are protected with polystyrene
and timber packing and the entire pack is
wrapped in polythene. The number of panels in
each pack depends on panel length, weight and
thickness. Typical pack height is 1100mm.
Maximum pack weight is 1500kg.

DELIVERY
All deliveries (unless indicated otherwise) are by
road transport to project site. Off- loading is the
responsibility of the client.
