AFFIDAVIT OF PARENTAL ADVICE ON MARRIAGE

I, EVELYN D. GABRINAO, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen, and a resident of Purok
1, Libuak, Babak District, under oath do hereby depose and say that;
1. That I am the biological mother of ROWENA D. GABRINAO, twenty-three (23) years
old;

2. That her father, ILDEFONSO C. GABRINAO, works as a construction contractor and

is currently assigned in Cagayan, thus cannot personally execute this affidavit;

3. That my daughter ROWENA D. GABRINAO intends to marry RUDEL B. COLECHA;

4. That I have full knowledge of their intention to marry;

5. That I accede to their intention to marry and I have no objection;

6. That I hereby advise my daughter ROWENA D. GABRINAO to marry RUDEL B.

COLECHA legally, and to live together, observe mutual love, respect and fidelity, and
support each other;

7. That I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts and as a
requirement to avail of a valid marriage license of my daughter ROWENA D.
GABRINAO and RUDEL B. COLECHA, and to apprise other authorities concerned
and for whatever legal purpose the same may serve.
