COMPLAINT AFFIDAVIT

The Complaint Cecil Langgam, , unto this Honorable

Prosecutor, most respectfully pray that they be granted an
extension of fifteen (15) days from August 24, 2017, his last
day to file their counter affidavit and those of his witnesses
having received the subpoena together with the copy of
Complaint Affidavit on August 14, 2017 on the ground that he
is still looking for counsel of his own choice to assist them in
the above entitled case.
This motion is not intended to delay the proceedings of
the case.
