Dear Dr Ng /Kesh or whom it may concern,

This morning at about 9.30am my wife have been stopped at the guardhouse and harassed because
according to the illegal guard manning the guardhouse we didn’t pay the security fee.

Let me reiterate that since the beginning, when the idea of putting up the guard was mooted have
made it clear that I disagreed to the idea and wouldn’t want to be included for reasons tabled during
the meeting.When I bought the house there’s no mention of guardhouse or any need for me to pay
for any security fee.

But some of you have insisted and proceeded with the idea and subsequently engaged a private
entity to man the guardhouse.I have no problem with that arrangement as long as the guard doesn’t
restrict my families and friends movement and access to my home.

Lately,your illegal guard by the name of Sami have been harassing my family members of our rights
to access our home.This restrictions violated our rights and is unacceptable.This morning’s incident
amplified our predicament.

As such,I have asked my wife to make a police report today for this violation of our rights.

So please people,acknowledged my family’s and friend’s rights to access my home and if this
violation persisted,I wouldn’t hesitate to make an official complaint to the revelant authorities
pertaining to this violations and seek means to disband the security arrangement.

As much as I wanted to be a good neighbor, this incident and unfavorable treatment of violating our
democratic rights makes us have second thought.
