When you experience an unwanted or negative thought, do the six steps below. Different things will shift each time. 1. Choose to Change the Thought. ‘© Stop focusing into the negative thought. (© Decide to change it. No need to know how. Simply decide "YES! | am changing this now.” 2. Center © Click into your vertical Center, like clicking an “Enter” button, or. © Breathe in & out from your Center, for one full breath. 3. Collect your Thoughts © Use the “magic collection tool” to locate & select all the information entangled with your negative thought(s). © Drag all the bits from inside your field & Drop them into the virtual Now Healing Workspace Screen in front of you. ‘© All the bits of information are now on the screen in front of you. 4. Collapse © All the bits are collapsing into a single point... now. 5. Command ‘© Notice that single point. Come from your Center and say this command: “Align it with Wholeness...
