The available dates from the training program cannot be modified. After editing the
training program, the modifications on Date input are not saved on the
administrative platform or the public website.

The training dates can be modified if the training is closed or, if the training is
not closed and has no participants in any company registered.

Confirmed. Maybe we can gray out the date picker/field when editing an existing
training (except in those situations mentioned by you above)
