Reflections on Research

My topic is about how mental disorders can develop that cause great harm to a person’s

health. My research is on the causes and how a person can get help from professional and

showing the data from the solutions. The reason why I choose this topic is for learning more

what people going through everyday that can cause a great impact if not getting support. The

obstacles I had to face was help take care my mother around the time and other self life

problems. Around the time my mother was very sick, going in and out of the hospital every other

time, and not being fulfilled get that support I need mentally. What I learn from this paper is that

people's’ mental disorders/ illness are very common, and that can come easily as something great

as a life event or something in a person DNA that something you have since birth. The

knowledge that I have got from writing the research is knowing that their people out there can

get support that can take you a long way to better life. What I will do for I have to to do this

paper differently
