SUBJECT: Restaurant Proposal

As you are aware, I am in the process of completing​ The Restaurant Entrepreneur​ simulation. In
order to continue with this simulation, I am required to first establish the name and location of
my restaurant. Please review the proposed restaurant provided below and indicate if I have
your approval to use the provided idea by completing the bottom portion of this memo and
returning it to me.

Proposed ​Restaurant:
For the proposed restaurant simulation, my restaurant is called ​B.G’s Steakhouse​. The theme is
south western style and other great meals for anyone to enjoy. Our main color scheme will be
​ 65 Clairton Blvd, Pleasant Hills,
red, orange, along with yellow. Our location will be on​ 6
Pittsburgh, PA. Our signature dish will be​ New York Strip Steak with mushrooms, green beans,
and our signature secret hot steak sauce drizzled on top.

Restaurant Reasoning:
I chose to make a Steakhouse because steak is a very good but profitably food item. When
most people go to a fancy restaurant, they spend big money on steak that doesn't really cost
that much to make.
