When given time expressions, 6th graders will identify time expressions and they will use them in simple sentences. In this lesson, they will
also analyse Past Tense. They will combine Past Tense and time expressions and will use them together. When asked question, 6 th graders
will answer correctly at least 7 out of 10 questions.

Explanation regarding to the implementation of the plan


At the beginning of the lesson, teacher will present time expressions. After that, the concept map will be presented to consolidate time
expressions, so that 6th graders can generate sentences in past tense. Then, teacher will encourage students to tell stories using past tense
and time expressions. At the end of the lesson, they will write a diary using things they acquired the knowledge of that day.
Backup Plan: If there is a problem with the computer, teacher will use hardcopies of presentation and the concept map.
