Dear Mr Systrom:

I am a grade 9 student in Markham. I am writing this letter because I have some suggestions for
Instagram. I think this can really help Instagram to develop its business. I hope you can consider
my suggestions and make Instagram better! Everyone knows Instagram is a social software and it
helps people to share images you snap at any time in a quick, beautiful and fun way. But we can
not download these beautiful images.

We use Instagram to share our life and some beautiful or memorable images. Some people want
to download these images and collect it, although, we can not to download these images. I guess
this project is to protect user’s privacy, rights and interests. But people still can use screen shot to
get images. It maybe be time consuming and it has some small different with the original images.
You still can not protect these images. So I think you can exploit a function to download images.
You can create a gallery to communicate. If images owner allow other people to download the
images, you can make people can download the images. If images owner do not want other
people to download images, you can still protect these images. I think it is a good way to share
the images if they want.

It is a problem of Instagram and I hope you and your team can fix it. Instagram is a app to
sharing something funny or beautiful. So we should let more people to get more fun if they can
download some images they want!
