Sweetness conversions are approximate.

Measurements are in US cups. TBS = tablespoons • tsp = teaspoons

THM Sweet Blend: At least twice as sweet as most other stevia blends like Truvia. It is 4-5 times as sweet as sugar.
THM Erythritol: Measures cup for cup like sugar.
THM Pure Stevia: One doonk is equivalent to 1 teaspoon of THM Sweet Blend.
