Payment of the Account fee entitles Customer to a
non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the
online section of the course.
Customer is further permitted to grant access to the
online section of the course to Authorised Users.
For the avoidance of doubt, it is the responsibility of
the Customer to ensure that Authorised Users comply
with the Terms and Conditions for use of the Site.
Immediately upon becoming aware of any
unauthorised use or other breach by one of its
Authorised Users, the Customer shall inform our
Company and take all reasonable and appropriate steps,
including disciplinary action, both to ensure that such
activity ceases and to prevent any recurrence.
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in
accordance with English law.
Each party irrevocably agrees to submit to the non-
exclusive jurisdiction of the court of England over any
claim or matter arising under or in connection with this
agreement.
