Greetings to our partner in pursuit of academic excellence!

I’m Flint Osric T. Gorospe, one of your scholars under the Municipality’s Financial Assistance
Program, who’s currently a fourth year journalism student from the Polytechnic University of the
Philippines-Manila. I’m writing this letter to inform your good office about the current status of my
grades from my three major subjects.

Thesis Writing, Internship I and Publication Design with Laboratory are the subjects that I have
last semester in which, the numerical equivalent of those grades were not yet released up until
today because we’ve just finished those subjects last Monday due to the loads of requirements
that we’re needed to submit for such.

In line with this I’m asking your good office to please consider and approve my allowance request
for this semester.

Your kind consideration for my request will be highly appreciated and would mean so much to
