1. Install kindledrmsetup.

2. Launch kindle drm removal
It will say
You can Decypt 3 ebooks in demo version, 3 left.
3. Click continue
4. Choose a ebook with drm from amazon
5. Check "check if file copy from kindle reader, input kindle serial number
kindle serial number XXXXXXXXXXXXXX
6. Insert serial with no spaces and no -
7.Click remove drm to strip it.

How to reset and increase kindle drm removal limit

1. Click start
2. Click run
3. Type regedit in the box
4. Go to HKEY_Current_user/Software/ebookconverter/kindledrmremoval/
5. Right click times
6. Choose modify
7. Change value to 1000000
8. Click ok
9. Exit regedit
10. Restart kindle drm remover
11. On the start up screen it will now say
You can decrypt 3 ebooks in demo version, 16777216 left.
12. Click continue and you should be good to go

It will still say its a demo version and it will continue to nag you to register
it.
