Heads Concerned TLE, AP, MAPEH, FILIPINO, ALIVE Teachers 1, The Division of Palawan shall conduct the 2018 Division Festival of Talents (DFOT) with the theme: Pagkilala sa Kulturang Filipino Tungo sa Kapayapaan, Pagkakaisa at Pagbabago from November 26 to 29, 2018 at Roxas National Comprehensive High School, Roxas, Palawan, 2. The Festival aims to provide learners with opportunities to showcase their talents through exhibition of their products and performances as evidence of their learning; and extend parallel learning sessions for teachers and learners to enhance their knowledge and skills in their respective fields of interest. 3. The DFOT consists of the following skills exhibitions in different fields: a. Technolympics for Technology and Livelihood Education and Technical- Vocational-Livelihood) Population Development for Social Studies (Araling Panlipunan) ‘Tagisan ng Talento sa Filipino Sining Tanghalan for Music and Arts (Division Level only) MUSABAQAH for ALIVE Program panos 4. The official delegation of the school will be composed of students coming from the declared winners of the skills/ performances during the school level competitions. 5. Bayle sa Kalye is open to all schools including those which are not offering Special Program for the Arts. However, the competition will be up to division level only. 6. List of skills to be competed and specific guidelines for each area of skills exhibition are contained in the different enclosures. Please refer to Deped Memorandum No. 158, s, 2015 for old contest package of TLE Technolympics. For the new skills to be completed please wait for further information. 7. There will be no registration fee. Participants in this activity are expected to bring their own materials/supplies/tools and equipment needed in the competition.8 ‘Coaches and contestants are expected to be at the venue on November 26, 2018 at 1:00 PM for registration. Accommodation will be at RNCHS. It is requested that participants should bring their own beddings. 9. Traveling and other related expenses on this activity shall be charged to School MOOE, LSB/TLE/AP/FILIPINO/MAPEH/Canteen and other sources of funds subject to the usual accounting and auditing procedures and regulations. 10, Immediate and widest dissemination and compliance of the content of this memorandum is desired.
