ABSTRACT

Community college is good place to start just in case you are not completely ready for
college after high school. The other thing, it will prepare you for a four year university, letting
you know what to expect. It is a great advantages for single parents who have small children
and need to be close to them especially if they are in school as well. There are many advantages
of going to a community colleges, the best one of all is the size of the classrooms and more
than that.

Community college faculty focus exclusively on teaching and providing personal attention
to students. They are not required, as are most university faculty, to spend time away from the
classroom to conduct research or publish. Furthermore, students attending a community college
are able to gain a real-word perspective from faculty members who usually have practical work
experience in the subjects they teach.
