SECOND, THIRD, FOURTH and Fifth CONVOCATION NOTIFICATION

The Second, Third, Fourth and Fifth Convocations of Vikrama Simhapuri University, Nellore are
proposed to be held in the month of February/ March, 2019. All PG, Professional Courses,
M.Tech and Ph.D Candidates who are qualified between June 2014 to June 2018 for the award of
Degree and who desires to attend the Convocation in person/absentia are hereby informed to fill
the online application through University Website www.simhapuriuniv.ac.in . The printed online
application form along with online challan for Rs. 450/- in person and Rs. 700/- in absentia with
other enclosures shall be sent either by registered post or in person to the Controller of
Examinations, V.S. University, Kakutur, SPSR Nellore – 524320, AP on or before
31.01.2019. The detailed procedure for online submission of application is available in the
University website. The date and venue will be notified shortly.

The UG Candidates (B.A./B.Com./B.Sc/B.Ed./ B.P.Ed./B.C.A/ B.B.A/B.B.M/B.A.(OL)/

LLB/B.Tech/BALLB) may apply for their Degrees in ABSENTIA only. Such candidates may
also send their applications in the above said similar procedure along with online payment of
Rs. 450/- to the above specified address within time and the Certificates shall be sent to the
candidates to their respective address by registered post after convocation.
