Smooth vaginal walls, cervix pink and smooth
Minimal amount of malodorous white cervicovaginal discharge
Closed cervix, retroverted uterus, corpus enlarged to 12 weeks size
No adnexal mass or tenderness

2. Uterine Leiomyoma
