To whom it may concern,

I wrote this letter to request to allow my mother in law Delia Malquitar to claim the ₱500
relief money. For the reason that I will not be able to present myself because I am at my
work.
I authorize her to do all the things in my name and with no objection. Attested to this
letter are my Identification Cards.
