A.comma is used as the decimal marker. National foreword This standard has been prepared by ECISS/TC 12. The responsible German body involved in the preparation of this standard was the NormenausschuB Eisen tund Stahl (Stee! and iron Standards Committee), Technical Committee MaBnormen for warmgewalzte Flacherzeugnisse. DIN 17850 is the DIN Standard corresponding to EURONORM 96 referred to in clause 2 of the EN. Amendments In comparison with the February 1992 edition, the following amendments have been made. {2} Stee! desginations have been brought into line with the specifications of DIN EN 10027-1 b) Tolerances on the thickness of hot-rolled low carbon steel plate/sheet have been specified (cf. table 2).
