Lawyer), because she has an organic farm to produce corn, and this type of crop is all around New

Columbia, so if she does not apply a pesticide, transgenic technique, and their neighbors are

affecting their principles for her organic production, such as contaminating crops with foreign

seeds, the genetically seed, put in danger the production.

Personally I think that she can expose that is a nuisance, because the neighbor is not respecting

her private property, and furthermore there is a legal problem in there, because this kind of seed

(transgenic), says that if you don’t buy the seed, with their respective agrochemical (pesticide,

herbicide, fertilizer), then you will incur in a violation of their terms for their use, even though you

don’t use it, this case would became even dangerous, because if the company makes a visit and

find that seed, she could be denounced.

Finally what I can recommend to Miss Tina is that, make a huge structure and limit, her territorty,

in such a way, there is no access granted for the wind to make the seed goes from their neighbor,

and make constant visits to her soil, so when she detects an anomaly she can act immediately, and

continue to her good environmental practices that benefits lots of things (soil protection, nutrient

cycling, provision of corn and finally good quality of food because of the organic value) therefore

she will contribute to not continue this bad environmental behavior such as the transgenic crops.
