In my opinion human factor is one of the most important investition.Initiation and

development with succes to daily activities depends in a big measure to human factor and his
motivation.

In order to have a quality staff they must feel respected and treated nicely.If managers would
pay more attention to their employees they will stard offer more quality results.

Human factor is a key resource and therefore it is important that the emphasis be placed on
the person himself rather than the qualities that an employee have.

Also, human resources have a great impact and influence on materials, information and
financial resources.

The essential principles of human resource management are to provide a working atmosphere
to develop interpersonal and profesional.

Consistent with creative function of human resources in economic-financial development

proces it’s necesary to train all employees so that they can participate actively in all company
activities.

In essence it could be said that human resources are the active, creative and coordinating
factor of company activities.

Being an important factor, it should be treated as such and it’s indicated to focus on a better
training and trust.
