Complacency of Ad Agency

In the beginning when the agency is newly hired, the agency tends to challenge, explore
the direction given by the agency. Over the time, however, they tend to stop providing
the client with fresh perspective and tend to passively agree to whatever the client says
rather than challenging it because the client might “fails to understand” their
perspective.

Over time, the agency fails to provide the client with performance reports so as to save
fees, which tend eventually leads to the agency not meeting its deliverables.
