1. The delay approaches infinity because delay is directly proportional to Lambda(out).

As lamba(in)
moves towards R/2, the lamba(out) becaomes constant and remains the same till infinity. The delay
being proportional to lambda(out), moves approaches towards infinity as well.

2. The TCP sender congestion increase and decrease time by time because if the traffic on internet is
high, the bandwidth becomes less and the congestion increases and when the data traffic is less,
bandwidth increases and the congestion decreases so it keeps changing depending on the amount of
traffic.
