Dear Mr. M. S. Dani,

As discussed with you, we are engaged with your organisation as there have been instances of licensing Infringements on
computer system/s in your facility. In our endeavour to protect our IP and copyrights around our software suite, we are
mandated of the procedures and the timelines within which we are to execute our process.

We would like to keep you also informed about the proceedings hereon.

We shall work with you to instil compliance on Computer system reported with deviation/s in your organisation.
This shall be as discussed by mode of license procurement as you intend to work with us on amicable front &
under out of court settlement.

We have provisioned Subscription in the attached proposal as per our discussions today. This shall help you
legalize the case and confirms issuance of compliance closure from our Legal. Please do note, it is basis amicable
settlement we are provisioning the Subscription model of licensing in this case.

The Bill of material and the quotation for legalisation is as per the attachment. Further our Business team/s will
appoint a vendor to facilitate this transaction & further shall be able to support you. The vendor shall process the
Order to deliver you license, that shall mark closure of our License compliance discussions.

Please treat this as priority & help us conclude onto the topic immediately as discussed with you to meet the timelines.
