1. WHAT GOALS WOULD YOU EXPECT TO ACHIEVE BEFORE YOU WOULD CLASS YOURSELF AS A SUCCESS?
- THE GOALS THAT I LIKE TO ACHIEVE BEFORE I CLASS MYSELF AS A SUCCESS IS TO FINISH MY STUDIES FIRST. AFTER THAT IN GOD'S TIME PASS THE BOARD EXAM.

2. WHAT IS FINANCIAL SUCCESS?


- “FINANCIAL SUCCESS” CLEARLY MEANS VERY DIFFERENT THINGS TO DIFFERENT PEOPLE. TO SOME, FINANCIAL SUCCESS MIGHT MEAN FREEDOM FROM DEBT. TO OTHERS, IT MIGHT MEAN FULL
FINANCIAL INDEPENDENCE. THERE ARE A LOT OF WAYS PEOPLE DEFINE SUCCESS AND WHAT IT MEANS TO THEIR PERSONAL LIVES. FOR SOME, FINANCIAL SUCCESS IS AS SIMPLE AS OWNING
THAT BEAUTIFUL MANSION ON THE HILLSIDE OR THAT LOVELY FERRARI IN THE DEALERSHIP. MAYBE BUYING THAT WINNING LOTTERY TICKET IS WHAT YOU AS THE ULTIMATE DREAM. OTHERS
CLAIM THAT SUCCESS IS THE FREEDOM THAT YOU ACHIEVE WITH REALIZING YOUR FINANCIAL GOALS. THE ANSWER VARIES FROM PERSON TO PERSON JUST LIKE EVERY PERSON IS
DIFFERENT.

3. HOW IS NATURE ENGINEERING ACQUIRED?


- THE NATURE OF ENGINEERING IS EXPLORED IN TERMS OF THE ACTIVITIES OF ENGINEERS AND THE GOALS OF ENGINEERING EDUCATION. ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT ELEMENTS IN THE
INSTRUCTION OF THE YOUNG ENGINEER IS TO LEAD HIM TO APPRECIATE NOT ONLY HIS OWN SPECIALTY BUT TO GIVE HIM A CORRECT APPRECIATION OF THE SPECIALTIES OF OTHERS. THE
ENGINEER WHO IS EDUCATED IN ONLY ONE SPECIALTY AND HAS NOT THE KNOWLEDGE NECESSARY TO COMPARE IT WITH OTHERS, IS POORLY PREPARED FOR PROFESSIONAL LIFE. AND HIS
TRAINING WILL SELDOM GIVE THE BEST RESULTS EITHER HIMSELF OR HIS CLIENTS.

4. EXPLAIN PERSONAL APPEARANCE?


- PERSONAL APPEARANCE IS IMPORTANT BECAUSE IT CAN SHOW THE ATTITUDE AND POLITENESS OF TREATING PEOPLE. THEREFORE, IF YOUR PERSONAL APPEARANCE IS GOOD, IT
REPRESENTS RESPECT AND ETIQUETTE TO EVERYONE. OTHERWISE, EVERYONE WOULD HAVE A BAD MENTAL IMAGE THROUGH YOUR BAD PERSONAL APPEARANCE.

5. WHAT ARE THE CURRENT RETIREMENT BENEFITS UNDER THE SECURITY ACT.?
- IN THE ABSENCE OF A RETIREMENT PLAN OR AGREEMENT PROVIDING FOR RETIREMENT BENEFITS OF EMPLOYEES, AN EMPLOYEE UPON REACHING THE AGE OF SIXTY (60) YEARS (OPTIONAL)

MAY RETIRE AND SHALL BE ENTITLED TO RETIREMENT PAY EQUIVALENT TO AT LEAST ONE-HALF (1/2) MONTH SALARY FOR EVERY YEAR OF SERVICE, A FRACTION OF AT LEAST SIX (6) MONTHS
BEING CONSIDERED AS ONE (1) WHOLE YEAR.

UNDER THE LABOR CODE OF THE PHILIPPINES, UNLESS THE PARTIES PROVIDE FOR BROADER INCLUSIONS, THE TERM ONE HALF (1/2) MONTH SALARY SHALL MEAN FIFTEEN (15) DAYS PLUS
ONE-TWELFTH (1/12) OF THE 13TH MONTH PAY AND THE CASH EQUIVALENT OF NOT MORE THAN FIVE (5) DAYS OF SERVICE INCENTIVE LEAVES.
