Enable for all local cells of mentoned NodeBs in sheet1

MOD ULOCELL: ULOCELLID=x, LOCELLTYPE=NORMAL_CELL, NBIS=TRUE;

Also enable below License item in NodeB license to number of Local cells/NodeB

Narrowband Interference Suppression (per Cell)

Alarm Check:

-If Alarm Appears for cell capability on Site then proceed as follow:

1-Disable feature (NBIS=False)

2-Check the RRU type and mention in the sheet for Site List against site
3-Check the number of RRUs for UMTS/ Site and menton in the sheet for Site lsit
against site
4-Check the number of active UMTS local cells/site
