"Ideal"

EXT. FACTORY - DAY

FADE IN

Different chemicals are filled into a big tank of a machine.

The liquid is flowing down to the bottom of the machine.

A white egg is pressed out of the machine and falls on a

conveyor belt. The egg is moving closer to the camera. A
second egg is dropped out of the machine behind it.

Factory processes hundreds of eggs on to conveyor belts.

Beyond all of these running machines there is a city.

Different shots of the factory show eggs passing posters

which symbolize the perfect world. Big groups of eggs are
located in front of screens that show images of what is right
and what is wrong.

The eggs are then split up into smaller groups.

This one specific egg goes through different stations where

it receives different injections and treatments.

Then a robot arm is picking it up and it gets dumped into

different tanks of liquid until it is coloured blue. While
all the other blue eggs get dropped on another conveyor belt,
the one blue egg is stuck to the robot arm.

It follows another round of being dump into liquid, however

the liquid is now pink, so when it comes out of the last
liquid it is purple coloured.

The purple egg then gets dropped on the conveyor belt but
stands out between all those pinks eggs.

It slides down a slide to then get to the final scan. The

pink egg before it moves forward into a cylinder. The doors
close and a scan takes place. A female symbol pops up on the
screen, followed by a green check mark. The cylinder lights
up and you can see a hatched female being walking out of the
cylinder.

The purple egg gets moved into the cylinder. A scan is made
and the screen shows a mix of a male and female symbol. Red
lights flash followed by a very unpleasant alarm sound.

The cylinder moves to the side and drops the purple egg on
another conveyor belt. The conveyor belt is at a much steeper
angle and slowly moves the egg down until it falls over the
edge through a hatch.
 2.

EXT. DUMP WORLD - DARK

The egg slowly falls down into a dark world. Only the light
from the hatch is revealing what is in the world.

There are different piles of eggs and the purple egg drops on
the tallest pile and comes to a rest. The shell of the egg
slowly cracks and the egg explodes into different directions.

Aurora is born - she tumbles down the pile and lands head
first on the ground

Aurora stands up and turns around to reveal her moustache.

She wanders around the world and looks at the broken eggs and
broken machine around her. Music is playing in the distance
and she starts following it. She spots a giant tent build out
of the same used materials that surround her.

She approaches the tend, opens the curtains and enters it.

INT. CIRUCS TENT - NIGHT / DARK

Inside the tend there is loud music and bright colours.

Hatchlings in all colours and shapes dance to the music and
are having fun. Aurora is surprised.

A hanging pod chair is dropping down from the roof. All the
other Hatchlings are cheering. The chair turns around and
reveals a Hatchling sitting inside - Addison. Addison looks
different to the other Hatchlings surrounding Aurora.

He is wearing a top hat with a feather, crazy make-up and a

colourful scarf around his neck. He stands up and approaches
Aurora. Addison uses his scarf to drag her into the crowd and
starts dancing with her.

Aurora's face changes from showing surprise to having a big

smile.

Aurora and Addison are shown dancing and having fun. Aurora's
moustache grows longer and longer while her face expression
stays the same.

The music of the club overlaps with the alarm sound of the
factory. While the music keeps fading you see Aurora's face
expression changing. Her smile turns into a concerned face.

Aurora leaves the circus. She looks up and sees more eggs
dropping from above. She gets closer and another egg splashes
right in front of her.
 3.

She picks up the shattered shell of an egg and while she gets
up her eye catches an old poster in the background. The
poster shows the perfect world above with the perfect
representation of male and female.

Aurora looks at the poster and then up to the hatch. She

turns around and Addison is standing behind her trying to
drag her back to the circus.

But she pulls back and points at the poster and then the
hatch. Addison understands what she is trying to do but
shakes his head and points to the circus. He is trying to
pull her again but she is now stepping away.

Sadness is on both of their faces. As Aurora is approaching

the main pile that leads up to the hatch, she turns around.
Addison is still looking at her but did not follow her.

Aurora's face changes from sadness to determination as she

starts climbing up the pile. She reaches the top and tries to
climb up the conveyor belt. She is standing on the tip of her
toes but she can not reach the top of the conveyor belt.

Aurora starts jumping up hoping to climb up the conveyor

belt. All of a sudden she lands on something. She turns
around and Addison is behind her. He slid his top hat under
her feet. Now she is able to reach the conveyor belt.

EXT. FACTORY - DAY

Alarm sound appears. An Egg is being dropped on the conveyor

belt.

Aurora leans against a lever which causes the hatch to close.

The small beam of light is cut of from the dump world,
leaving Addison and the rest of the Hatchlings in darkness.

The egg lands in front of her on to the closed hatch. A small

crack appears on the shell.
