I have known Mr. Efren Dionicio 1994. We used to work at the same
company, in Goleta, California. We became good friends, he has been friend
of my family for longer than 15 years, and I have been close to his family for
the same time. He is a good person, a good husband and a good father to his
children. He has worked in different positions, for different companies;
therefore he is trained in many skills. He is bilingual, fluent in English and
Spanish, and a good member of our church. He is very respectful, again, an
overall good person and a good member of our community.
