This investigation is the final work realized by members of the Law’s Students Investigation

Center (CIED, for its title in Spanish) of Law and Politics Sciences Faculty of University of San
Antonio Abad of Cusco (UNSAAC) in the framework of the program of Superior Court of Justice
of Cusco, “Access to Justice of populations in vulnerable conditions”. There was an analysis
through surveys about teaching’s importance of ethics, tutoring, further, citizen and civic
courses like a preventive mechanism of corruption actions. Furthermore, interviews were
conducted with authorities, principals and teachers in several information fairs and organized
by Cusco ‘s Superior Court of Justice.

With the following investigation, we pretend to show the necessity of an adequate education in
so important topics like ethic and citizen education in secondary students, besides its relation
with corruption actions.
