 Surgery by source when possible
 Adrenalectomy
 Transphenoidal resection
 Tumor Resection
 Adrenal Enzyme Inhibitors
 Ketoconazole – first line
 Aminoglutethimide
 Metyrapone
 Etomidate
 Medical Adrenalectomy – Mitotane
 Glucocorticoid Antagonists – Mifepristone
 Somatostatin Analogues – Octreotide
