Initial Note: The following is a description of the cocoa supplier company. From now we will name
it "THE COMPANY". The company name and the unique tax registration number will be announced
after acceptance of the economic proposal.

1.1.1 Type of Taxpayer: Closed Corporation (S.A.C.).
1.1.2 Registration Date: 05/26/2014 (May 26th, 2014).
1.1.3 State: Active.
1.1.4 Economic Activity:
- Main: ISIC 15432 - Cocoa, chocolate and confectionery elaboration.
- Secondary 1: ISIC 52190 - Retail sale of other products in storage.

1.2 Association:
THE COMPANY is an active member of the Association of Exporters of Peru - ADEX.

2. EXPERIENCIE

THE COMPANY has extensive experience in the cocoa sector this due to its 30 years dedicated to
the production of this product. In addition, they have their own fields (farm) which allows them not
to depend on other suppliers.

Additionally, THE COMPANY has Fairtrade certifications and organic certifications: USDA Organic
(United States), Organic Certification of the European Union and JAS (Japan). This certifications allow
them to offer the best ingredients, both conventional and organic cocoa with the traceability
required by the client.

Thanks to these strengths, THE COMPANY sells to Peruvian exporting companies that recognize the
quality of their products.
