You will receive an e-mail containing information on campus accommodation and


application procedures if you are accepted as a scholarship student at Roskilde
University. Information expected in June for autumn semester and in November for
spring semester. We cannot guarantee that you will be offered campus
accommodation.

Transportation: - How to reach town (links from the nearest airport, train or coach stations):

Landing in Copenhagen Airport – please take the train to København H and


continue to Trekroner Station (approximately 45 minutes).

Trains from København H to Trekroner Station takes approximately 25 minutes and


from Trekroner Station to Roskilde Station appromimately 3 minutes.

Other: The prerequisites for receiving a scholarship under the Cultural Agreements vary
from country to country, but as a general rule you must have passed at least two
years of studies and have good language skills. In addition, the studies abroad must
form a natural part of your studies at RUC.

English Test:

All guest students applying for admission to courses taught in English, must
document fluency in written and spoken English through English test results.

The English tests accepted and scores required are:

 IELTS: 6.5 or
 TOEFL paper-based: 560 or
 TOEFL computer-based: 225 or
 TOEFL internet-based: 83 or
 Cambridge Certificate of Proficiency in English (CPE): passed or
 Certificate of Advanced English (CAE): B2

If you want to apply for courses taught in Danish, certain Danish Language
requirements apply. In this case you need to have passed the Danish test for
international students (Studieprøven i dansk som andetsprog) or equivalent.
