The vegetable with the most
benefits
Would you like to try one of the most
delicious vegetables and get infinite benefits?
Swiss chard are one of the vegetables green
leafy in Europe and they are grown, especially around the Mediterranean área.
Did you know the benefits?

Swiss chard contains very high amounts of vitamin A. It is one of the

vegetables with the highest concentration.

On the one hand, its vitamin C content helps eliminate free radicals. This keeps
the connective tissue in good condition and strengthens the immune system,
creating resistance against infectious agents. Also, nutritional studies claim
that, as a source of calcium, Swiss chard helps promote bone health, so that
your regular intake helps prevent osteoporosis.
In turn, the presence of vitamin K helps limit neuronal damage in the brain.
Therefore, they are very suitable for inclusion in the diet of Alzheimer's
patients, since there is evidence that they associate this disease with a
deficiency of Vitamin K2. The potassium content, which is important for
cellular fluids, helps maintain a good heart rate and controlled blood pressure.
In this way, cardiovascular diseases are protected, as well as colon and prostate
cancer. It helps to cope with iron deficiency anemia, and vitamin A deficiency,
since it has both nutrients. Finally, they also help control cholesterol and weight
loss. Likewise, it is very beneficial in pregnancy, due to its folic acid content.

Maybe you think that chard has a bad taste, but it is one of the vegetables with
the most benefits, it helps you maintain good health and prevent some diseases.
Why eat fried foods and not Swiss chard?
