Addendum- Reman Part Identification

Some component parts in NGS have corresponding Cat Reman options. These parts are
identified as having a Reman Option Available. The Reman option P/N’s are cross referenced
in a document on the Reman dealer.cat.com site: https://dealer.cat.com/en/ps/parts/reman/parts.html

Identifying Reman Parts on a Parts List

Any part in NGS which has a Reman Option will have (Reman Option Available) appended to the part
description.

Product Search for Reman Options

Parts with Reman Options can be identified at a Product Family, Model, or S/N by performing a Global
Search for the term Reman. Results can be further narrowed down by selecting the system levels on
the left side of the screen.

Identify Cross Reference Reman Option P/N

Reman Option P/N’s can be found on the Reman EMP Cross Reference spreadsheet located on the
Reman dealer.cat.com site under Quick Reference Tools. https://dealer.cat.com/en/ps/parts/reman/parts.html
On the appropriate product tab use the Find function (Ctrl+f) and enter the standard p/n.
