Automatic Load Weight Cycle Recording

1. Lower loaded forks to ground

2. LCD display must show Date / Time

3. Use scanner to capture barcode ID#

a.The barcode ID# will be shown on upper line of LCD display
b. Lower LCD line on display will prompt operator to lift the loaded forks

4. Lift loaded forks just above the ground

(Approximately 2 to 3 inches)
c. Use the lift lever same as during normal use
d. Do not move vehicle manipulate the tilt or side shift
e. Within few seconds LCD display will show the barcode ID# and load weight
f. The barcode ID# and load weight will be saved to USB and send to base station

Load Weight Cycle is Completed and Data is Automatically Send to UBS port and Base Station
