SUBJECT:-> REQUEST FOR LEAVE FOR 12 DAYS

Respected Mam,

I am writting this letter With due respect I beg to state that I am a student
of class 8th in your school,mam i am not in a position to attend the school as
I and my family have planned a tour to Shri Ammarnath ji yatra mam it's a very
big holy place and we are planning since years ago.mam it will take about 12
days(03/07/2017 To 16/07/2017) to come back to home. I am well aware of the
fact that my absence from school during these days may result in a loss of
my academic performance but I can assure you that after my return from the
tour I will work hard to cover up all the work which I have missed during
my leave. Kindly accept my application for leave. I will be really obliged.

I hope that you will take my application under your consideration and will
grant me leave for 12 days I shall be thankful to you for this favor.
