Training and Development counsel for Academia

NPO Profile
National Productivity Organization is government based organization which is working under the
ministry of industries Government of Pakistan. NPO organizing the different training sessions for
enhance the productivity.

Project Title
NPO initiate the project on training &development counsel for academia. The program is design
for improve the technical skills of student. This mission would provide graduates to industry with
up to date technical awareness. Student have the capability to balance the economic profit with the
environmental and social benefits in their solutions. This project is 90 % funded by the Ministry of
industry & Production Govt of Pakistan.

Project Objective
The primary focus of our project is preparing students for successful careers in industries and
related fields, develop creative, entrepreneurial, and cost-effective solutions to contemporary
problems of increasing scope and complexity as their careers progress. Assume increasing
responsibilities of technical and/or managerial leadership in their work organizations. Pursue
lifelong learning through a variety of means including graduate education, continuing education,
professional training, on-the-job training, and career development. Provide services to their
professions and communities, drawing upon their Jesuit educational experience to serve the
needs of humankind. The program is design for training and education to the student keep them
updated with the latest of the additions to the industrial technologies, methods, techniques and
processes. To Develop the Society in the Domains of Economy, Culture and Maintain Societal
Development. To Qualify the Individual as a Beneficial Member of his/her Society. Since it also
opens a new gateway for them to look for a way which is greater in productivity and efficiency
but decreases the need of manual work immensely. Prove the technical skills of student. This
mission would provide graduates with up to date technical awareness to industry
