Re: Extension of Internship Date

Dear Sir/Madam,

I was hired as an intern human resource department with the company Sama Abadi Sdn Bhd on
the 2nd of July 2018.

According to my college verification letter, the duration of my internship was begun in June, and
had 12 weeks duration and 31st August should be as my last official day. I was received a
conformation call from the company in June but due to the delay from the company in hiring me,
I was officially hired on 2nd July 2018.

Therefore I am writing to you, to request you to extend the date of my internship to 21st
September 2018, in order to meet 12 weeks duration requirement.

Please let me know a time that suits you so that we can arrange a meeting for the same
accordingly.
