Learning Objectives We are learning to/By the end of the lesson, pupils should be able
to;
1. Match at least 2 out of 3 characters by listening to the
description given by teacher.
2. Talk about at least 2 adjectives to describe their friends.

Activities: 1. Introducing adjectives (Page 5; pretty, ugly, blonde, etc.) by
i. Pre-lesson using picture/flash cards.
2. Play memory game to remember the adjectives.
Development 1. Three new characters (Sharky, Greg, Anna) in the textbook are
ii. Lesson introduced to the pupils with the help of picture cards.
2. Pupils describe what they can see in the pictures (characters) by
using the adjectives during the pre-lesson.
3. In a group of 3, pupils are given picture cards of the characters.
4. Pupils listen to the teacher (description).
