Agustin III, Ex-Officio Member (PPSK) ABSENT None RESOLUTION NO. 41-2009 A RESOLUTION DEPLORING THE ACTION OF THE SANGGUNIANG PANLALAWIGAN OF PAMPANGA IN NOT ATTENDING THE JOINT SESSION ON JULY 29, 2009 AND SUSPENDING THE HEARING OF THE BOUNDARY DISPUTE BETWEEN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAMBAN. TARLAC AND. MUNICIPALITY OF MABALACAT, PAMPANGA UNTIL SUCH TIME THAT THE SANGGUNIANG PANLALAWIGAN OF PAMPANGA SHALL PARTICIPATE IN THE HEARING EITHER VOLUNTARILY OR UPON ORDER OF COMPETENT AUTHORITIES WHEREAS, in its Resolution No, 1623, dated July 14, 2009, the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Pampanga, in reaction to the Order dated July 8, 2009 issued by Vice Govenor Marcelino G. Aganon, Jr. stated that the SP of Pampanga does not recognize said order as well as the joint session on July 8, 2009 and further declared that it will not participate in any future joint session regarding the settlement of the boundary dispute between Bamban, Tarlac and Mabalacat, Pampanga WHEREAS, considering that the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Tarlac, by itself’ and without the participation of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Pampanga can not wally and properly adjudicate the said boundary dispute, this Body deemed it wi ‘sulpend the hearings on the said dispute. THEREFORE. on joint oe we oe SS aa ae SRepublic of the Philippines PROVINCE OF TARLAC SANGGUNIANG PANLALAWIGAN -page 2- Res. #041-2009 RESOLVED. that this Body deplores the action of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Pampanga in not attending the joint session on July 29, 2009 and in categorically declaring in its Resolution No. 1623 dated July 14, 2009 that it will not Participate in any future joint session with the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Tarlac regarding the settlement of the boundary dispute between Bamban, Tarlac and Mabalacat, Pampanga, RESOLVED FURTHER, that in view of such categorical declaration by the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Pampanga that it will not participate in any future joint session with the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Tarlac regarding the settlement of the said boundary dispute, the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Tarlac, with much disappointment and disgust. is left with no other recourse but to suspend the hearing on the boundary dispute until such time that the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Pampa shall participate in the hearing either voluntarily or upon order of competent authoriti RESOLVED FURTHER, that a copy of this resolution be furnished the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Pampanga, the Municipality of Bamban and Municipality of Mabalacat, for information, APPROVED.
