The amount of interactive
INNOVATIVE whiteboards in classrooms has
gone down.
SINCE THE
INVENTION OF Teachers don’t use them as often
THE IPAD… anymore if they do have one.

Teachers are unwilling to learn the

technology and use it.

One interactive whiteboard costs

between $1000 and $10000. One
iPad cost $330 and $1750.

THE
EVOLUTION

A school has to make a decision

between getting interactive
whiteboards for each classroom
teacher or get an iPad for each
student. The school has 21 teachers
and 558 students. Interactive
whiteboards, on average, cost $4,400
each. iPads, on average, cost
$1,050.

THE BETTER CHOICE?

THE BETTER
CHOICE?

The technology of the iPad

continues to grow and get more
expensive every time there is a new
one.

New iPads would have to be bought

every few years.

The technology for an interactive

whiteboard can be updated and
replaced on site by techs for much
less than the cost of a new iPad.
