Sub:- Payment of advocate fees of Rs.45000/- immediately. – Rg
1. Your brother Syed Akram and others filed O.S No.735/2008 against
you in JUNIOR CIVIL JUDGE COURT for getting the house property of you. I
filed Vakalat on your behalf and contested the case upto 2011 year and won
the case on 25-08-2011. You paid only Rs.5,000/- to me towards my fee after
winning the case. You have to pay Rs.25,000/- towards my fees in the suit.
2. Later your brother Syed Akram filed appeal A.S No.13/2013 in
District judge court against the decree and judgment of the JUNIOR CIVIL
JUDGE COURT. You did not pay any amount to me towards my fee in appeal.
You have to pay Rs.25,000/- in A.S No.13/2013. I have contested the appeal
A.S No.13/2013 in DISTRICT JUDGE COURT at Kadapa. I won the appeal A.S
No.13/2013 in DISTRICT JUDGE COURT at Kadapa.
3. You have to pay arrears of my fee of Rs.20,000/- in O.S
No.735/2008 relating to JUNIOR CIVIL JUDGE COURT and that you have to pay
my fee of Rs.25,000/- in appeal in A.S 13/2013. So you are liable to pay
Rs.45,000/- to me towards my fees. I made cell calls to you several times but
you are not paying my fees of Rs.45,000/- to me upto now. Hence this legal
notice and filing of case against you in the court.
4. Therefore please take this legal notice and that you should pay my
fee of Rs.45,000/- with in ten days. Otherwise I will file case against you in the
court of law for realization of Rs.45,000/-from you by holding you liable for
costs and consequences.
