Creation of the Technical Working Group. The Technical Working Group (TWG") for the Proposed Federal Constitution is hereby created to perform the following functions: 1.1. ‘Study the proposed Federal Constitution and formulate the Department's position thereon; 1.2. Recommend revisions to or altematives for the proposed Federal Constitution and its various provisions to ensure the least negative impact on the country’s fiscal and economic position, and povide the rationale for such recommended revisions or alternatives; 1.3 Estimate the fiscal and economic impact of the proposed Federal ‘Constitution; 4.4 Coordinate with the Consultative Commitee for the Review of the 1987 Constitution, the Congress, and such other bodies that may be tasked 10 ‘amend the 1987 Constitution; 1.5 Present the Department's position andlor recommendations, described in ‘Sub-section 1.1 and 1.2 above, as and wher required 1.6 Otter function's related to or incidental to te foregoing ‘Section 2.
