TRIPLE CROWN

With the introduction of Pathways we need to establish new criteria for the Triple Crown
award. The criteria are determined by the District. Traditionally we have recognised all
awards as qualifying.

Currently, the Triple Crown is earned if a member achieves any three awards from the
following in the Toastmasters year:
 Competent Communicator
 Advanced Communicator Bronze
 Advanced Communicator Silver
 Advanced Communicator Gold
 Competent Leader
 Advanced Leader Bronze
 Advanced Leader Silver
 Leadership Excellence (High Performance Leadership)
 Distinguished Toastmaster

We propose that, in the Pathways programme, a member qualifies for the Triple Crown if
they achieve any different three of the following in the Toastmasters year:
 Level 1 or Level 2 in any Path
 Level 3 in any Path
 Level 4 in any Path
 Level 5 in any Path
 Pathways Mentor Program
 Distinguished Toastmaster

During the transition period, awards from both programs will qualify towards the Triple
Crown.
