1+ An official meeting was held in Ankara, Turkey during the month of March
9l9 between Yuzoslav delegates and an IURO delugation headed ty Vance
Whatlov. iihatlov requested and received fron the Yugoslav delopation
‘agroenentvhereby Tugoclavia will point all ite diplomatic
scuaen and activity toward the formation of an independent lacedonian
state. The Yugoslav Government acrood to make overy effort to obtain
international concessions for this new state, and to influence public
opinion in Greece, Bulgaria and Yugoslavia in favor of thie plans

LURO for a period of two years following the conclusion of this
